Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.</li><li>Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with labor laws.</li><li>Handle payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.</li><li>Oversee statutory compliance including PF, ESI, gratuity, and other benefits.</li><li>Implement HR policies and procedures; ensure adherence across departments.</li><li>Support performance management and appraisal systems.</li><li>Conduct employee engagement activities and grievance handling.</li><li>Liaise with management to align HR strategy with business objectives.</li><li>Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to management.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
