Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Oversee statutory compliance including PF, ESI, gratuity, and other benefits.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures; ensure adherence across departments.
  • Support performance management and appraisal systems.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
  • Liaise with management to align HR strategy with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
