We are looking for a dedicated SEO Specialist who lives and breathes search algorithms.What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)You will work side-by-side with our React &amp; Node.js developers to turn our websites into SEO powerhouses.1. Technical SEO (Must Know):<ul><li>Audit &amp; Fix: Regularly crawl websites (using Screaming Frog/Semrush) to fix broken links (404s), redirect chains (301s), and crawl errors.</li><li>Speed Optimization: Analyze Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FID) and guide developers to improve page speed.</li><li>Structure: Manage robots.txt, sitemap.xml, Canonical tags, and Schema Markup (JSON-LD) implementation.</li></ul>2. On-Page SEO Strategy:<ul><li>Keyword Research: Find &quot;High Intent&quot; keywords (not just high volume) that drive business inquiries.</li><li>Content Optimization: Optimize Meta Titles, Descriptions, H1-H6 tags, Image Alt Text, and URL structures.</li><li>Internal Linking: Build a strong internal link architecture to pass &quot;link juice&quot; to important product pages.</li></ul>3. Off-Page &amp; Authority:<ul><li>Backlink Strategy: Analyze competitor backlinks (Ahrefs/Semrush) and create a strategy to acquire high-quality, relevant links.</li><li>Spam Management: Monitor and disavow toxic backlinks that harm site health.</li></ul>4. Analytics &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Monitor traffic and rankings daily using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).</li><li>Track conversion goals (not just traffic).</li></ul>Requirements (Who You Are)<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven SEO experience (Agency or In-house).</li><li>Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush/Ahrefs, Ubersuggest.</li><li>The &quot;Dev&quot; Edge: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (you should know how to read source code to check meta tags).</li><li>Digital Marketing: Basic knowledge of Social Media or Google Ads is a plus, but SEO expertise is mandatory.</li><li>Location: You must be living in Surat and ready to work from our office.</li></ul>Why Join Koders Squad?<ul><li>Learn from the Best: Work directly with the CEO and senior developers great for improving your technical knowledge.</li><li>Real Projects: Work on live international projects (Australia/USA clients), not just dummy blogs.</li><li>Growth: We reward performance.
