SEO Expert

Koders Squad is a global IT services firm in Surat. We are looking for a dedicated SEO Specialist who lives and breathes search algorithms.

What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)

You will work side-by-side with our React & Node.js developers to turn our websites into SEO powerhouses.

1. Technical SEO (Must Know):

• Audit & Fix: Regularly crawl websites (using Screaming Frog/Semrush) to fix broken links (404s), redirect chains (301s), and crawl errors.
• Speed Optimization: Analyze Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FID) and guide developers to improve page speed.
• Structure: Manage robots.txt, sitemap.xml, Canonical tags, and Schema Markup (JSON-LD) implementation.

2. On-Page SEO Strategy:

• Keyword Research: Find "High Intent" keywords (not just high volume) that drive business inquiries.
• Content Optimization: Optimize Meta Titles, Descriptions, H1-H6 tags, Image Alt Text, and URL structures.
• Internal Linking: Build a strong internal link architecture to pass "link juice" to important product pages.

3. Off-Page & Authority:

• Backlink Strategy: Analyze competitor backlinks (Ahrefs/Semrush) and create a strategy to acquire high-quality, relevant links.
• Spam Management: Monitor and disavow toxic backlinks that harm site health.

4. Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor traffic and rankings daily using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Track conversion goals (not just traffic).

Requirements (Who You Are)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven SEO experience (Agency or In-house).
• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush/Ahrefs, Ubersuggest.
• The "Dev" Edge: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (you should know how to read source code to check meta tags).
• Digital Marketing: Basic knowledge of Social Media or Google Ads is a plus, but SEO expertise is mandatory.
• Location: You must be living in Surat and ready to work from our office.
