Job Title: Business Developer / Upwork - Bidder Location: Satellite Town Rawalpindi (On-site) Company Type: Software AgencyWe are looking for a motivated and proactive Upwork / Freelancer Bidder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in online bidding and a strong understanding of how to acquire projects from Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance platforms.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and execute the entire bidding lifecycle on freelance platforms (Upwork and Freelancer).</li><li>Write customized and persuasive proposals based on client requirements.</li><li>Communicate with clients to clarify project details and maintain long-term relationships.</li><li>Collaborate with the Line Manager for reporting, performance tracking, and strategy alignment.</li><li>Convert one-time projects into repeat clients through excellent service and follow-ups.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of proven experience in bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or Fiverr.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>Strong understanding of IT services, especially web and mobile app development.</li><li>Education: FSc / ICS / Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any relevant field.</li><li>Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to meet targets and deadlines.</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Work with an international client base.</li><li>Growth-oriented environment with performance bonuses and commissions (15%&ndash;20%).</li><li>Opportunity to learn advanced business development strategies.</li><li>Supportive and professional working environment.</li></ul>Apply Now!
