We work on real-world global projects across web, mobile, and custom software development. To scale our growing ecosystem, we are seeking a skilled Onsite Bidder / IT Client Acquisition Executive who can consistently bring in qualified international projects.

Role Objective

This is a full-time on-site role for a Upwork Bidder located in Rawalpindi . The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role involves active engagement in business development activities to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or freelancer in the software, web, or digital development space
• Strong understanding of SaaS development, including PHP, Node.js, React, and Laravel
• Experience with advanced Laravel projects, core Laravel development, and scalable architectures
• Hands-on knowledge of admin dashboards, ERP systems, and business management applications
• Solid understanding of CMS platforms, including WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience in client interaction, requirement gathering, proposal writing, negotiation, and deal closure
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet performance targets
• Familiarity with Upwork algorithms, profile optimization, bidding strategies, and advanced job filtering

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
