About Us

We are a rapidly growing furnishing brand specializing in premium quality furniture, interior décor solutions, and corporate furnishing projects. Our clients include Architects, Construction Firms, Hotels, Offices, Government Organizations, Defense Sector, and Retail Customers.We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) who can expand our corporate & retail business portfolio and lead the BD team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement BD strategies targeting architects, construction industry, hospitality sector, defense forces, government & private sector, and retail clients.
  • Build, lead, and mentor the BD/Sales team; assign weekly/monthly targets and monitor performance.
  • Manage high-value B2B clients: lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and contract closing.
  • Establish partnerships with B2B vendors, décor firms, project clients, and bulk order buyers.
  • Maintain accurate lead, quotation, and order records in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics.
  • Coordinate closely with inventory, operations, and logistics for smooth order completion and delivery.
  • Achieve company sales targets and ensure excellent client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in furnishing/interior/retail industry).
  • Strong experience in corporate sales / B2B client handling.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems for lead and order management.
  • Target-driven, professional, and able to work under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
