Marketplace Sales Expert

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Marketplace Sales Expert who can lead and grow our sales performance across Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop. This role requires someone who understands how to scale brands, manage product catalogs, run effective ad campaigns, and optimize every stage of the customer journey. You’ll be responsible for shaping our marketplace strategy and driving measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, improve, and maintain product listings across Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop
• Plan and implement growth strategies, including product research, sourcing, and new product launches
• Set up, monitor, and adjust PPC and sponsored ads to ensure strong returns
• Perform competitor research and keyword analysis to boost ranking and visibility
• Handle inventory forecasting and coordinate with logistics to avoid stockouts or overstock
• Track performance metrics, analyze sales trends, and prepare reports with clear recommendations
• Keep up with marketplace updates, policy changes, and emerging trends to protect and grow account performance

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing Amazon, eBay, or TikTok Shop sales channels
• Demonstrated success in launching, scaling, or managing profitable brands
• Strong knowledge of Seller Central, PPC campaign setup, and ranking strategies
• Experience with eBay management or research tools such as Terapeak, ZIK Analytics, InkFrog, Sellbrite, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort working with data
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work without constant supervision and deliver consistent results

Nice to Have

• Experience with TikTok influencer or affiliate-driven product promotions
• Familiarity with automation tools and data-led optimization approaches

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
