Job Description

We are hiring a motivated E-commerce Listing Specialist for eBay and Etsy. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early career candidates who want to build a career in e-commerce.

If you have basic knowledge of online marketplaces and are willing to learn, we will provide proper training and guidance. Experience with Walmart Marketplace is a plus, and Amazon Private Label experience is an added advantage.

What You Will Do

• Create and update product listings on eBay and Etsy
• Learn and apply SEO keywords, titles, pricing, and product details
• Ensure listings are accurate and follow marketplace rules
• Help manage online stores and keep them updated
• Track orders and assist with inventory management
• Respond to customer messages and resolve basic issues
• Monitor store performance with team support
• Research competitors and market trends
• Coordinate with team members for smooth daily operations
• Get exposure to Amazon Private Label work (training provided)
• Attend client meetings and performance discussions with seniors

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience
• Basic understanding of eBay, Etsy, or other online marketplaces
• Willingness to learn and grow in e-commerce
• Good communication and computer skills
• Ability to manage tasks and follow instructions
• Prior experience with eBay or Walmart is a plus but not mandatory
