E-commerce Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated E-commerce Listing Specialist to join our team and manage product listings on eBay and Etsy. This position is well-suited for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to start and grow their career in the e-commerce industry.

Candidates with a basic understanding of online marketplaces and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Training and mentorship will be provided. Prior experience with Walmart Marketplace is a plus, while Amazon Private Label exposure will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings on eBay and Etsy
• Apply SEO-friendly titles, keywords, pricing strategies, and product descriptions
• Ensure all listings comply with marketplace policies and guidelines
• Assist in managing and regularly updating online stores
• Track orders and support inventory management activities
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues professionally
• Monitor store performance with guidance from the team
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Receive hands-on training for Amazon Private Label processes
• Participate in client meetings and performance review discussions with senior staff

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience
• Basic knowledge of eBay, Etsy, or other online marketplaces
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in the e-commerce field
• Good communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions effectively
• Prior experience with eBay or Walmart is a plus but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
