Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Operations Intern (Growth Role)

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for managing the brand’s online presence and store execution, including Shopify updates and social media handling.

This role directly impacts how products are presented and how customers perceive the brand.

Key Responsibilities Shopify Store Management

• Product Shoot, Upload and manage products, collections, and variants
• Update homepage banners, landing pages, and collections
• Ensure product pages are optimized (images, descriptions, pricing)
• Maintain store hygiene (out-of-stock, tagging, categorization)

Social Media Management

• Post reels, posts, and stories on Instagram & Facebook
• Write basic captions under provided guidelines
• Coordinate with creative team for content execution
• Maintain posting consistency

Basic Marketing Support

• Assist in Meta Ads campaign setup
• Monitor basic performance metrics (engagement, clicks)
• Identify high-performing content

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Marketing, Business, Media, or a relevant field
• Basic understanding of Shopify or ecommerce platforms
• Familiarity with Instagram & Facebook content posting
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail
• Fast learner with execution-focused mindset

AI & Tools Requirement

• Must be comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar for daily tasks
• Use AI to:
• Improve speed and efficiency of work
• Generate ideas, captions, or responses
• Assist in problem-solving and research
• Ability to refine AI outputs instead of blindly copying
• Understand that AI is a tool, not a replacement for thinking
