About the Role

We are looking for a WordPress & Shopify Intern to assist in building, managing, and optimizing websites for our digital marketing clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are familiar with website builders, themes, plugins, and basic website customization. Extensive coding experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage websites using WordPress and Shopify
• Customize themes and page layouts using Elementor, Gutenberg, Shopify Theme Editor, or similar tools
• Upload and organize website content, images, products, and pages
• Install and configure plugins and apps as needed
• Ensure websites are responsive across desktop and mobile devices
• Perform basic website updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to implement client requirements
• Optimize website structure, speed, and user experience

Requirements

• Basic understanding of WordPress and/or Shopify
• Familiarity with Elementor or similar page builders
• Understanding of website layouts, navigation, and user experience
• Ability to follow design references and client requirements
• Basic knowledge of domains, hosting, and website setup is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Portfolio of websites (academic, freelance, or personal projects) is preferred
