E-Commerce listing expert

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce listing expert with strong client-facing skills and hands-on expertise in Walmart Marketplace and eBay. Experience with Amazon Private Label will be considered a strong advantage.

In this role, you will manage multiple client accounts, oversee marketplace operations, and contribute to revenue growth across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and maintain client stores on Walmart Marketplace, eBay (primary focus), and Etsy, ensuring smooth operations and consistent performance.
• Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic discussions to align goals and deliver results.
• Create, update, and enhance product listings across eBay and Etsy (manual listing experience required), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality presentation.
• Plan, run, and oversee marketplace-specific advertising campaigns, promotions, and marketing strategies tailored to eBay and Etsy.
• Manage inventory, track orders, and coordinate timely and accurate order fulfillment across all platforms.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high service standards on eBay, Etsy, and Walmart.
• Optimize product titles, keywords, SEO, and pricing strategies to improve visibility and conversion, especially on eBay and Etsy.
• Monitor account health, performance KPIs, and ensure strict compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
• Conduct detailed competitor analysis on eBay and Etsy to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (content, logistics, and advertising) to support listing creation, campaign execution, and product positioning.
• Assist with Amazon Private Label launches, including listing setup, keyword optimization, and ongoing performance improvements when required.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management (Walmart and eBay experience required)
• Amazon Private Label experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
