We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Amazon Account Specialist to manage and optimize our presence across Amazon marketplaces. This role focuses on product listing optimization, PPC campaign management, and improving overall sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, and a solid understanding of Amazon SEO and advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images coordination, and backend keywords.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to improve visibility and conversions.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor inventory levels, pricing strategies, and order fulfillment to meet Amazon performance standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, reviews, feedback, and A-to-Z claims professionally.
  • Track account performance and prepare weekly reports covering sales, traffic, and conversion metrics.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC advertising, and FBA/FBM operations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
