Amazon FBA Wholesale Specialist (US Marketplace) on site

Job Summary

We are seeking an Amazon FBA Wholesale Specialist to manage and grow our wholesale operations on Amazon US. The role focuses on sourcing profitable wholesale products, working with authorized suppliers and brands, managing inventory, and optimizing listings to increase sales and profitability while remaining compliant with Amazon policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and source profitable wholesale products for Amazon US

• Identify, contact, and build relationships with authorized distributors and brands

• Open wholesale accounts and negotiate pricing, MOQs, and terms

• Analyze product demand, competition, fees, and profit margins

• Create and optimize Amazon product listings (title, bullets, images, keywords)

• Manage inventory planning, replenishment, and FBA shipments

• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and compliance

• Handle pricing strategies, buy box optimization, and sales tracking

• Coordinate prep, labeling, and shipping to Amazon FBA warehouses

• Stay updated on Amazon US marketplace policies and trends

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon FBA (Wholesale preferred)

• Strong product research and data analysis skills

• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (US marketplace)

• Understanding of Amazon fees, FBA processes, and compliance

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing supplier or brand relationships in the US

• Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Keepa

• Knowledge of sales tax and resale certificates in the US

• Experience scaling wholesale or private label Amazon businesses
