Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday – Friday)

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented TikTok Shop Account Manager to manage and optimize TikTok Shop accounts for product listings, order fulfillment, and performance growth. The ideal candidate will understand e-commerce operations, TikTok’s ecosystem, and how to drive sales through platform optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing online stores, coordinating with teams, and working with fast-growing social commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop accounts.
• Upload, optimize, and maintain product listings with accurate details and pricing.
• Monitor orders, returns, and customer inquiries to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with influencers, creators, or internal marketing teams when required.
• Track shop performance, sales metrics, and campaign results.
• Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and guidelines.
• Resolve account issues, disputes, or policy warnings in a timely manner.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to management.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop seller center is a plus (training can be provided).
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Good computer literacy (Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work night shifts.
