- Proactively hunt and evaluate manufacturers, suppliers, and private-label partners globally
- Assess supplier capabilities, compliance, quality standards, pricing, and scalability
White-Label Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute white-label and private-label product strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end white-label lifecycle: concept, sourcing, branding, packaging, pricing, and launch
- Collaborate with design, branding, and marketing teams to ensure product differentiation
- Work with e-commerce, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth product launches

Risk, Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure products meet regulatory, legal, and quality standards across target markets
- Implement supplier audits, quality assurance processes, and risk mitigation plans
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce, sourcing, private label, or commercial strategy
- Strong expertise in supplier hunting, white labeling, and product commercialization
- Advanced negotiation and commercial decision-making skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Background
- Executive or senior management experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods
- Experience working with international suppliers
- Track record of launching successful white-label or private-label brands
