Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced E-Commerce Account Executive to manage and grow our e-commerce accounts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in e-commerce, SEO, and sales, and will work closely with customers, retailers, and internal teams to drive revenue growth, improve brand visibility, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Support account retention and growth through strategic planning and sales initiatives.
- Coordinate merchandising and promotional activities with retailers.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Manage inventory requirements in coordination with suppliers, brokers, purchasing, and operations teams.
- Ensure timely product availability while minimizing dead stock, slow-moving inventory, and stock-outs.
- Coordinate with purchasing, accounting, and information services departments as needed.
- Attend customer meetings and virtual sessions to maintain positive relationships.
- Perform other duties as assigned and work effectively under pressure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–5 years of experience in e-commerce, sales, or account handling
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms, merchandising, and promotions
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Must have a professional video setup for Zoom meetings with customers
