Marketplace Team Lead

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage marketplace operations across Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Tesco, ensuring consistent performance and growth
• Oversee Amazon account management, including listings, compliance, account health, and performance metrics
• Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, including strategy, budgeting, keyword research, and performance analysis
• Supervise listing creation and enhancements, including catalogue specifications, pricing, images, A+ Content, and bulk uploads via flat files
• Ensure strict compliance with Amazon and eBay policies, efficiently handling violations, suspensions, and appeals
• Manage FBA shipment planning and execution, inventory levels, and replenishment strategies
• Monitor marketplace KPIs, sales trends, and conversion rates, and implement optimization strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams (pricing, content, design, SEO) to improve listing quality and marketplace performance
• Guide, mentor, and review the performance of marketplace executives, ensuring productivity and quality standards
• Develop and implement platform-specific growth strategies to maximize revenue and visibility
• Handle day-to-day operational challenges and contribute to the long-term growth of marketplace accounts

Qualifications & Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field

Key Requirements

• 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in marketplace management, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team lead role
• Strong expertise in Amazon Account Management, eBay, Amazon PPC, TikTok Shop, and Tesco marketplace
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon policy compliance, account health metrics, and issue resolution
• Advanced MS Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and performance tracking
• Strong understanding of online retail operations and marketplace algorithms
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
