In-Charge HVAC

Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily activities of HVAC team including planning, execution and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
• Maintain, inspect and optimize HVAC equipment to ensure reliable performance and compliance with pharmaceutical standards.
• Develop, implement and supervise preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Coordinate HVAC activities during shutdowns, cleanroom maintenance, or qualification projects.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, logs and records.
• Train and mentor HVAC technicians; assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with QA, production, engineering, and external contractors for HVAC system modifications, calibrations, and validation activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, GMP, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• DAE RAC/ B. Tech/ Bachelor of Engineering.
• 10 years of experience in a preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong problem solving and ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to prepare reports, documentation.
