Mechanical Engineer – Porta Cabin & Steel Fabrication

A well-established Porta Cabin Company is hiring an experienced Mechanical Engineer for porta cabin, container modification, and steel fabrication projects. The role involves hands-on supervision of fabrication, HVAC coordination, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise porta cabin and container fabrication
• Manage MS steel structure, welding, and installation works
• Coordinate HVAC, exhaust, and ventilation systems
• Handle site execution and factory coordination
• Ensure work completion as per approved drawings and specifications
• Assist in BOQs, cost estimates, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 2–5 years practical experience in:
• Porta cabins / prefab structures
• Steel fabrication & installation
• HVAC / ventilation systems
• Strong understanding of:
• MS steel structures
• Sandwich panels (PUF / EPS)
• Welding & fabrication processes
• Willingness to work on site and factory level

Not Suitable For:

• Fresh graduates with no site experience
• Candidates with only office / design-based roles
• Civil engineers or non-mechanical backgrounds
