Engineer Proposals - Lahore

Industrial Services Pakistan specializing in shutdowns and retrofit projects in the Oil & Gas sector is looking for dynamic and results-driven Lead Proposals for the head office in Lahore. This role demands an experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in Bids & contractual obligations for Turnarounds and Retrofit Projects of the Oil & Gas industries in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review ITB and contractual documents to identify and determine obligations and risk factors related to the bid.
• Evaluate and analyze proposals to check the accuracy of all results for a comprehensive technical and commercially viable proposal for review by Management.
• Review Technical Documents like Project Schedules, Project Organization Charts, Resource Deployments, Method Statement etc. and commercial documents like Bid Package and Client Price Schedule.
• Guide pre-mobilization activities, ensuring proper planning for smooth project commencement.
• Project Cost & Financial Management , ensuring budget adherence and cost control.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project progress.

Requirements:

• Education: B achelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of extensive experience in proposals, bids, and estimation for Turnaround, EPC & Retrofit projects.

Skills:

• Proven expertise in managing/executing shutdowns, turnarounds and retrofit projects.
• Strong Technical acumen in proposals and cost estimation with a track record of generating new opportunities.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
