Service Supervisor

MEP Solutions is seeking motivated and technically competent Service Supervisor to lead installation, maintenance, repair, and fault management activities for pumping systems. The ideal candidate will supervise services team, ensure smooth field operations, and manage spare parts and inventory related to pump systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise Installation, Commissioning, repair and maintenance of water and sewage pumps.
• Diagnose and manage pump faults, breakdowns, and emergency repairs
• Lead and coordinate service technicians at site
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Prepare service reports, fault analysis, and maintenance records
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for service scheduling
• Manage spare parts identification, stock monitoring, and usage control.
• Candidate must have hands-on knowledge of identifying, handling, and managing stock of pump spare parts.
• Computer literacy to manage software for pump selection / spare parts and do communication with Principal service department

Qualification and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (preferred)
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in pump installation and service supervision
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
• Ability to manage spare parts inventory and service documentation
• Good communication and team leadership skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required ‎
• Computer Literate to manage pump related software online.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
