Safety Supervisor – High-Rise Commercial Project

Project: The SQ Mall
Location: Lahore

The SQ Mall is hiring a Safety Supervisor for its high-rise commercial construction project. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on site to ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce HSE policies and safety procedures on site
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
• Deliver safety trainings, toolbox talks, and site inductions
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with construction safety standards
• Report, investigate, and follow up on incidents and near-misses
• Coordinate with site management to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

• Diploma in Safety / NEBOSH / IOSH certification
• 3–5 years of relevant experience on construction sites (high-rise preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to conduct safety trainings and inspections independently
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Joining: Immediate (preferred)
