Job Description:

Ahmed Construction Company (ACCO) is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality work, safety compliance, and timely execution as per drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and labor work
• Ensure construction work is executed according to drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor material usage and site productivity
• Maintain site records, progress reports, and measurements
• Ensure safety standards and quality control at site
• Report progress and issues to project management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor
• Strong understanding of civil construction works
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Good communication and team management skills
• Ability to work under site conditions
