Site Supervisor Civil/Grey Structure /Interior Renovation

Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 45,000
Qualification: 3-Year Diploma (DAE Civil) or BE/BSc Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of relevant site experience
Location Preference: Lahore (preferred)
Requirement: Personal bike is mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise civil, grey structure, and interior renovation works at site.
• Ensure work execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor, and vendors for smooth site operations.
• Monitor quality of work, workmanship, and material usage.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and work schedules.
• Ensure health & safety compliance at site.
• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the project engineer and head office for instructions and reporting.
• Verify measurements and quantities for executed work.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, discipline, and site management.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of civil works, grey structure, finishing, and renovation activities.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities independently.

Working Conditions:

• Site-based role
• May require extended working hours, depending on project requirements.
