Key Responsibilities (Job Description):
- Assist the Site Engineer / Site Manager in daily site activities
- Coordinate and monitor on-site work progress
- Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available at the site
- Support supervision of labour and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Assist in site inspections and quality checks
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
- Handle basic administrative tasks related to site operation
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / DAE Civil/ Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Site Assistant or similar role (freshers may also apply, if applicable)
- Basic knowledge of construction/site operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work on-site and in outdoor conditions
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
