Role Summary
The Amazon Brand Manager (Petcove Canada) will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence for the Petcove brand on Amazon Canada. This is an existing role being backfilled to strengthen performance and execution.
In addition to scaling Petcove, this role will support the launch and growth of Joyberri in the Canadian market and contribute to the broader expansion of Chai Vision brands across Amazon Canada. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with deep experience managing Amazon 1P environments and executing end-to-end brand growth initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Advertising
Monitor and grow Amazon Canada sales performance for assigned brands
Coordinate with the advertising team to optimize PPC campaigns and reduce TACoS
- Identify and execute effective promotions, pricing strategies, and sales-driving initiatives
Catalog Management
Resolve catalog issues including suppressed ASINs, variation errors, and listing discrepancies
Ensure listings are fully optimized with strong SEO, high-quality content, and A+ pages
- Liaise with Amazon Vendor Central (1P) teams as required
Product Launches
Lead new product listings and brand launches, including Joyberri and new Petcove SKUs
- Set up ASINs with accurate pricing, compelling copy, and optimized imagery
Logistics & Inventory
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to plan shipments and restocks
- Maintain healthy inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
Forecasting & Profitability
Conduct demand forecasting to support purchase planning
- Analyze profitability, identify low-margin products, and recommend cost optimizations
Expansion Support
Support the growth of Chai Vision brands in the Canadian market
- Execute structured go-to-market strategies for new brand and product entries

You thrive in fast-paced, multi-brand Amazon environments and understand the nuances of scaling operations in Canada
You are both strategic and execution-focused, comfortable planning growth strategies and managing day-to-day operations
You are collaborative, highly organized, and outcome-driven across catalog, advertising, and logistics
You adapt quickly to changing priorities and proactively solve problems before they escalate
You have a strong command of Amazon Seller & Vendor Central, including catalog troubleshooting, compliance resolution, and listing optimization
You have hands-on experience with Amazon 1P models, FBA workflows, inventory forecasting, advertising, and promotions
You have successfully launched and scaled products or brands on Amazon using structured go-to-market approaches
- You take ownership, use data to guide decisions, and consistently track performance and ROI
Qualifications
Proven experience managing Amazon Canada accounts, preferably in a 1P/Vendor Central environment
Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, catalog management, and inventory planning
Experience launching new products or brands on Amazon
Analytical mindset with strong forecasting and profitability analysis skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Success Metrics
- Double Petcove Canada’s monthly revenue from $50K to $100K
- Successfully launch Joyberri in Canada within 60 days
- Manage and scale sales of assigned Lifepro products
Cross-Functional Relationships
Advertising Team – PPC strategy, execution, and performance tracking
Creative Team – Listing copy, A+ content, images, and brand assets
Logistics & Supply Chain – Inventory planning, restocks, and shipments
Executive Team (Rashid Shafiq, Issac) – Strategic alignment and performance reviews
- Amazon Support & Vendor Teams – Catalog, compliance, and operational issue resolution
Accountability & Rhythm
Daily, weekly, and monthly performance tracking and reporting
- Clear ownership of KPIs, timelines, and deliverables
