LINKEDIN PROFILE & ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

We are seeking a LinkedIn Engagement & Profile Manager with at least 2 years of experience to build, enhance, and grow a professional LinkedIn presence. The primary focus of this role is to increase visibility, improve profile ranking, and engage meaningfully with relevant professional communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and publish engaging LinkedIn posts (updates, insights, event-based content).
• Engage actively on industry posts and trending discussions.
• Grow network with relevant professionals and business circles.
• Maintain a consistent posting & engagement schedule.
• Suggest creative content ideas to increase reach.
• Optimize hashtags & profile to improve LinkedIn visibility.
• Track views, comments, followers and recommend strategy improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing LinkedIn profiles or personal brands.
• Strong English writing & communication skills.
• Understanding of LinkedIn algorithm & engagement strategy.
• Creative mindset for posts and conversation-building.
• Basic knowledge of social media insights & analytics.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points):

• Experience with Canva, Buffer, ChatGPT or similar content tools.
• Background in Digital Marketing / Personal Branding / Social Media.
• Awareness of LinkedIn SEO & networking strategies.
