Production Officer

Job Description:
Novamed Group of Companies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Officer for its pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day production operations while ensuring compliance with GMP and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of production activities
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety standards
• Maintain production documentation and batch records
• Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, and Engineering teams
• Ensure timely completion of production targets
• Report deviations and support corrective actions

Requirements:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D)
• 1–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Sound knowledge of GMP and production processes
• Good communication and documentation skills
