Senior E-Commerce Operations Manager (Amazon + Shopify)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior E-Commerce Operations Manager to manage and improve daily operations across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and the in-house design/content team.

This role requires hands-on experience managing teams, fixing operational issues, and ensuring accurate execution across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Operations Management

• Manage Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Design teams
• Set KPIs and ensure daily operational accuracy
• Conduct weekly reviews and resolve workflow issues
• Maintain accountability and performance tracking

Amazon Operations

• Oversee listings, optimisation, pricing, and variations
• Handle suppressed listings and operational issues
• Manage FBA and FBM coordination
• Monitor account health, returns, and customer feedback

Inventory & Buying (UK/EU)

• Forecast demand and manage stock replenishment
• Prepare purchase plans based on sales and margins
• Coordinate with suppliers and track stock movement

Shopify Website Operations

• Oversee product pages, content updates, and SEO basics
• Coordinate with design and content teams
• Ensure campaigns and updates are executed on time

eBay Operations

• Supervise listings, pricing, and optimisation
• Maintain inventory sync across platforms

Private Label Support

• Support research, listing setup, and launch execution
• Coordinate between sourcing, listings, and creative teams

Requirements

• 3–4+ years experience in e-commerce operations
• Amazon Seller Central and Shopify experience required
• Proven experience managing multi-functional teams
• Strong understanding of listings, inventory, and pricing
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Strong communication and leadership ability

Performance Indicators

• Listing accuracy and issue resolution
• Inventory forecasting and stock health
• Sell-through rate and dead stock reduction
• Platform account health and compliance
• On-time execution of tasks and campaigns

Work Location

• On-site role in Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore
• Remote or hybrid not available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
