Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze B2B product workflows, user behavior, and feature performance.
- Support Product Managers in documenting requirements, preparing use cases, and validating new features.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Run SQL and MongoDB queries to validate data and ensure product accuracy.
- Use Python (even at a basic level) to automate repetitive tasks, clean data, or test APIs.
- Prepare product reports, insights, dashboards, and competitor research.
- Perform detailed QC & attention-to-detail checks on product features before and after release.
- Collaborate with Engineering and QA teams in a fast-paced release cycle.
- Take ownership of diverse tasks, including documentation, testing, analysis, and research.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of SQL with the ability to write queries for data validation and analysis.
- Basic working knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Python (even at a beginner level) for automation, data cleaning, or API testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Experience in documenting use cases, workflows, BRDs, SRS, or user requirements.
- Ability to perform QC and detailed functional testing of product features.
- Good understanding of B2B product workflows, user journeys, and feature analysis.
- Comfortable working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
