Job Summary:

The Associate Director – Business & Sales Effectiveness will serve as a key strategic leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, elevating business productivity, and strengthening long-term organizational competitiveness.


This role oversees high-impact programs across Classifieds Business, NSD, Operations, and other cross-functional units, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. The Associate Director will influence senior leadership decisions, lead mission-critical transformation charters, establish robust governance frameworks, and ensure execution excellence at scale.


The position requires a visionary leader who can translate strategic direction into operational clarity, build strong partnerships, and guide teams toward sustainable business and sales effectiveness.es


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the formulation and execution of multi-year strategic roadmaps that enhance organizational efficiency, business growth, and operational excellence.

- Serve as a principal advisor to senior leadership by identifying high-impact opportunities and shaping strategies across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and allied functions.

- Oversee business model evaluations, transformation programs, and key performance improvement initiatives across multiple verticals.

- Drive enterprise-wide collaboration, ensuring unified execution of strategic goals and cross-functional initiatives.

- Influence senior stakeholders and ensure alignment across departments to achieve operational consistency and performance excellence.

- Strategically steer programs to unlock synergies across Classifieds, NSD, and Operations.

- Lead the design, approval, and governance of organization-wide SOPs, SLAs, and policy reforms.

- Ensure robust monitoring systems, governance frameworks, and compliance mechanisms for scalable operations.

- Oversee advanced process re-engineering and workflow optimization to improve business efficiency.

- Champion data-driven decision-making by establishing advanced analytics infrastructure and strategic KPI measurement systems.

- Ensure leadership receives clear insights, strategic dashboards, and performance intelligence to guide decision-making.

- Direct business performance reviews, operational audits, and impact assessments.

- Program Leadership & Execution

- Lead enterprise-level quality assurance, productivity, and operational excellence programs.

- Prioritize transformation initiatives based on ROI, impact assessment, and organizational readiness.

- Drive continuous improvement culture and embed best practices across all business units.

- Mentor and develop senior BSE team members, ensuring strong capability-building, succession readiness, and high performance.

- Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration within the BSE function.

- Provide leadership direction on team structure, resource planning, and capacity-building programs.


Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Management, or a related discipline (preferred).

- 10–12+ years of progressive experience in business transformation, strategic planning, or enterprise-level initiatives.

- At least 5 years in a leadership role influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional change at scale.

- Proven strategic leadership with the ability to shape business direction and drive organizational transformation.

- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and negotiation skills.

- Expertise in Strategic Planning, Business Transformation, Analytics, Change Management, and Process Optimization.

- Strong command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with advanced BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

- Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact teams and manage multiple large-scale initiatives concurrently.
