Role Overview
COLAB is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales and revenue growth in the US market. This role is focused on outbound sales execution, including email campaigns, cold calling, and pipeline management, with strict daily outreach and performance targets.
The ideal candidate will have strong US sales experience, excellent English communication, and a solid understanding of digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage outbound sales campaigns (email outreach, cold calling, follow-ups).
- Meet and exceed daily outreach, booking, and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, or similar).
- Identify and engage potential clients in the US market.
- Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and close deals.
- Coordinate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover of closed accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and deal progress in the CRM.
- Continuously optimize messaging, sequences, and outreach strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (B2B preferred), specifically targeting the US market.
- Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or near-native accent preferred).
- Hands-on experience in building and managing outbound sales campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web, etc.).
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel (GHL), or similar.
- Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience selling digital marketing or agency services.
- Familiarity with email automation tools and sales sequences.
- Prior experience working remotely with US clients.
- Understanding of lead sourcing tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
