Product Management
- End-to-End Product Management from Development to Promotion.
- Review of expiring products and upgrading according to new requirements.
- Research new product opportunities and apprise management with new developments in the agricultural ecosystem
Work on improving product visibility and marketing of new products, which may include awareness campaigns, developing marketing collaterals, and other customer interaction opportunities.
Financial Management
- Monitoring of product health financially and devising plans to improve top and bottom lines
Assist senior management in making decisions based on data-backed dashboards to improve product delivery and profitability
Liaison
- Active coordination with regional teams for setting sales targets for products and
- Coordinate the timely conducting of awareness sessions, developing marketing material, and other promotional activities.
- Coordination with different institutions, which may include special projects, case studies, etc.
Coordination with other departments having queries related to Agriculture Banking and its products.
Process Optimization
- Look out for new avenues and points of intervention to improve the process of onboarding and retaining customers.
Develop suggestions and work for implementation to optimize the overall sales process and assist the field sales team in removing bottlenecks
Capacity Building
- Capacity Building and Awareness of field teams and prospected customers. Development and Execution of awareness campaigns , s chedule the road map for the awareness sessions product wise.
- Providing peers with the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to enhance their performance, productivity, and professional growth.
Minimum qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Business
