Ecommerce Specialist

Radiant Tech is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across major marketplaces. This is a 100% onsite role with a daily commute, so we are only considering candidates currently residing in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize ecommerce stores on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, and Walmart

Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, images, attributes, tags)

Conduct keyword research and implement marketplace SEO best practices

Set up, manage, and optimize PPC / Sponsored Ads (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Products/Brands, Walmart Ads, eBay Promoted Listings)

Monitor performance (traffic, CTR, conversion, ACOS/ROAS, sales) and implement data-driven optimization

Coordinate pricing, promotions, coupons, and deals to drive growth

Work with designers/creatives to ensure high-quality images, infographics, and store creatives

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with clear action plans

Stay updated on marketplace policies, trends, and competitor activity

Skills & Experience Required:

2+ years of proven, hands-on ecommerce experience

Must have practical experience managing stores on all of the following platforms:

Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, Walmart

Strong experience with:

Listing creation & optimization (SEO-focused content, images, variations, enhanced/A+ content where applicable)

Marketplace SEO & keyword research

PPC / Sponsored Ads campaign setup, management, and optimization

Performance analysis & growth strategies across multiple channels

Comfortable using ecommerce tools and software, such as:

Product/keyword research tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar)

Analytics & reporting (Seller Central reports, Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets)

Ability to brief and coordinate with designers for banners, creatives, and listing images

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is a plus

Must be available on-site and able to commute daily to our office in Rawalpindi..
