Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Walmart eCommerce store operations, ensuring optimal performance and sales growth.
• Implement and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and keywords.
• Conduct product research and hunting to identify high-demand, low-competition products for Walmart's marketplace.
• Analyze trends and opportunities for growth within the Walmart platform.
• Monitor and analyze customer behavior and preferences to improve product offerings.
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies tailored to Walmart's algorithms and customer base.
• Manage promotional campaigns on Walmart's eCommerce platform.
• Oversee order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory management.
• Implement best practices for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction on Walmart.
• Ensure compliance with Walmart's latest policies, guidelines, and best practices.
• Implement measures to address potential issues related to account health on the Walmart platform.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage customer reviews and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Walmart eCommerce store management.
• Expertise in product hunting and marketplace operations specific to Walmart.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with eCommerce tools, analytics, and third-party software for Walmart.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month

Timings : 8:00PM to 4:00AM

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
