  • Basic Salary Rs 40000.00 – Rs10,000.00 per month. Will be decided after interview

Corporate Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients, institutions, and bulk buyers.
  • Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Build partnerships with companies, schools, hospitals, government bodies, and commercial entities.
  • Lead presentations, proposals, and negotiations for corporate deals.

Retail Expansion & Growth

  • Plan and execute expansion of retail outlets and franchise network.
  • Conduct market research to identify viable new locations.
  • Coordinate with senior management on store opening plans and investment decisions.
  • Oversee brand visibility initiatives to increase customer footfall.

Sales & Revenue Management

  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly corporate sales targets.
  • Monitor branch-level sales and provide direction for revenue improvement.
  • Develop pricing strategies, discount structures, and corporate packages.
  • Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Vendor & Stakeholder Relations

  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers.
  • Secure favorable terms, pricing, and promotions for corporate and retail operations.
  • Represent the company at corporate events, exhibitions, and B2B networking opportunities.

Operational Management

  • Ensure smooth execution of corporate orders and large-volume deliveries.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams for product availability.
  • Implement SOPs for corporate sales processes and retail expansion frameworks.
  • Guide and train sales teams on corporate selling techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or retail electronics.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and corporate sales cycles.
