Note: Male Candidates will only be considered for this job role.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition<ul><li>Manage end-to-end hiring cycle for assigned positions.</li><li>Coordinate job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.</li><li>Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.</li></ul>Onboarding and Induction<ul><li>Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.</li><li>Conduct new employee orientation and ensure smooth joining formalities.</li><li>Maintain employee personal files and HRMS records.</li></ul>Employee Engagement and Relations<ul><li>Act as a point of contact for employee queries.</li><li>Support employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and events.</li><li>Assist in grievance handling and ensure timely resolution.</li></ul>Performance Management<ul><li>Coordinate goal-setting, mid-year and annual appraisal cycles.</li><li>Follow up with department heads on evaluation timelines and documentation.</li><li>Maintain performance records and share reports as required.</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>Support payroll inputs including attendance validation, leave management, and salary revision records.</li><li>Coordinate with finance for accurate and timely disbursal.</li><li>Assist with benefits programs including insurance and reimbursements.</li></ul>Training and Development<ul><li>Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.</li><li>Schedule internal and external training programs and maintain attendance/feedback records.</li></ul>HR Policies and Compliance<ul><li>Ensure implementation of HR policies and SOPs across departments.</li><li>Maintain statutory compliance documents (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.) in coordination with consultants.</li><li>Support audits and ensure timely renewal of HR-related licenses and agreements.</li></ul>Exit Management<ul><li>Coordinate exit formalities including resignation acceptance, exit interviews, and full-and-final settlements.</li><li>Provide timely clearance and experience certificates.</li></ul>MIS and Reporting<ul><li>Prepare and update HR dashboards and MIS reports (recruitment status, attrition, joiners/leavers, attendance, etc.).</li><li>Ensure timely submissions to management.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or related field.</li><li>1 to 3 years of relevant HR experience.</li><li>Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and employee life cycle management.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes<ul><li>Positive attitude and people-centric approach.</li><li>Detail-oriented with ability to work independently.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
