Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end hiring cycle for assigned positions.
- Coordinate job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Onboarding and Induction
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Conduct new employee orientation and ensure smooth joining formalities.
- Maintain employee personal files and HRMS records.
Employee Engagement and Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and events.
- Assist in grievance handling and ensure timely resolution.
Performance Management
- Coordinate goal-setting, mid-year and annual appraisal cycles.
- Follow up with department heads on evaluation timelines and documentation.
- Maintain performance records and share reports as required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Support payroll inputs including attendance validation, leave management, and salary revision records.
- Coordinate with finance for accurate and timely disbursal.
- Assist with benefits programs including insurance and reimbursements.
Training and Development
- Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
- Schedule internal and external training programs and maintain attendance/feedback records.
HR Policies and Compliance
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and SOPs across departments.
- Maintain statutory compliance documents (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.) in coordination with consultants.
- Support audits and ensure timely renewal of HR-related licenses and agreements.
Exit Management
- Coordinate exit formalities including resignation acceptance, exit interviews, and full-and-final settlements.
- Provide timely clearance and experience certificates.
MIS and Reporting
- Prepare and update HR dashboards and MIS reports (recruitment status, attrition, joiners/leavers, attendance, etc.).
- Ensure timely submissions to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and employee life cycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
