The ideal candidate will be a personable, energetic individual interested in developing their skills in the legal administrative area. This position will be reporting directly to the Office Manager. No prior experience required.Job Duties<ul><li>Answering the phone, directing each call to the appropriate matter</li><li>Opening Cases in Salesforce and Timeslips</li><li>File maintenance of litigated cases</li><li>Calendaring of litigation dates</li><li>Date Entry</li><li>Process incoming and outgoing mail</li><li>Assist staff and attorneys with required tasks</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Sufficient in Word, Excel and Adobe</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office; One Drive, SharePoint, Etc.</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills</li></ul>Hourly Pay: $25.00 &ndash; 30.00/hourBenefits: 401(k), 401(k) Matching, Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, Vision and Dental InsuranceEEO StatementKolar &amp; Associates is an equal opportunity employer.
