Key Responsibilities:Website Development and Maintenance:<ul><li>Develop, test, and maintain websites ensuring cross-platform compatibility and mobile responsiveness.</li><li>Update existing websites with new features, layouts, and content as per requirements.</li></ul>Custom Design Implementation:<ul><li>Work with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly designs.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency and alignment with organizational goals.</li></ul>Optimization:<ul><li>Optimize website performance for speed, scalability, and SEO.</li><li>Implement best practices for security and data protection.</li></ul>Collaboration:<ul><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate functionalities like lead forms, chatbots, and analytics.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and recommendations on web-related projects.</li></ul>Testing and Debugging:<ul><li>Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve bugs or issues promptly.</li><li>Ensure websites function smoothly across various devices and browsers.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in front-end and back-end development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.</li><li>Expertise in CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Joomla.</li><li>Familiarity with database management using MySQL or similar systems.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO principles and tools.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and time-management skills.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Proven experience in web development (portfolio or work samples required).</li><li>Prior experience working on freelance projects is a plus.</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>Flexible work hours based on project deadlines and milestones.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Payment will be on a per-project or hourly basis, as mutually agreed upon.</li></ul>Job Type: Freelance Contract length: 6 monthsPay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you available to work as a freelancer and complete the work within the deadline?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>CSS: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 2 years (Required)</li><li>HTML5: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
