Web Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development and Maintenance:

• Develop, test, and maintain websites ensuring cross-platform compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Update existing websites with new features, layouts, and content as per requirements.

Custom Design Implementation:

• Work with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
• Ensure brand consistency and alignment with organizational goals.

Optimization:

• Optimize website performance for speed, scalability, and SEO.
• Implement best practices for security and data protection.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate functionalities like lead forms, chatbots, and analytics.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations on web-related projects.

Testing and Debugging:

• Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve bugs or issues promptly.
• Ensure websites function smoothly across various devices and browsers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Expertise in CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Joomla.
• Familiarity with database management using MySQL or similar systems.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Experience:

• Proven experience in web development (portfolio or work samples required).
• Prior experience working on freelance projects is a plus.

Work Schedule:

• Flexible work hours based on project deadlines and milestones.

Compensation:

• Payment will be on a per-project or hourly basis, as mutually agreed upon.
