Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teachers Assistants to join our vibrant educational community! If you&rsquo;re passionate about education, child welfare, and making a positive impact, we want to hear from you!Duties<ul><li>Assist lead teachers with daily lesson planning and curriculum development tailored to early childhood education standards.</li><li>Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and implementing behavior management strategies.</li><li>Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social skills.</li><li>Help with classroom organization, including preparing materials for lessons and maintaining a clean learning environment.</li><li>Provide one-on-one tutoring or small group support to students needing additional help in areas such as reading, writing, or math.</li><li>Support special education initiatives and early intervention programs to meet diverse learning needs.</li><li>Foster a safe and caring environment by practicing child welfare best practices and ensuring adherence to daycare or preschool safety protocols.</li><li>Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to promote a collaborative educational experience.</li><li>Assist with classroom routines such as snack time, nap time, and transitions to ensure smooth daily operations.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies.</li><li>Experience in curriculum development or lesson planning for early childhood education is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with Montessori or other specialized teaching methods is a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior effectively and implement classroom management techniques.</li><li>Strong communication skills for working with students, parents, and team members.</li><li>Previous experience supporting students with special needs or in inclusive classrooms is advantageous.
