Looking for Teachers Assistants

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teachers Assistants to join our vibrant educational community! Duties

  • Assist lead teachers with daily lesson planning and curriculum development tailored to early childhood education standards.
  • Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and implementing behavior management strategies.
  • Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social skills.
  • Help with classroom organization, including preparing materials for lessons and maintaining a clean learning environment.
  • Provide one-on-one tutoring or small group support to students needing additional help in areas such as reading, writing, or math.
  • Support special education initiatives and early intervention programs to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Foster a safe and caring environment by practicing child welfare best practices and ensuring adherence to daycare or preschool safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to promote a collaborative educational experience.
  • Assist with classroom routines such as snack time, nap time, and transitions to ensure smooth daily operations.

Experience

  • Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is preferred.
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies.
  • Experience in curriculum development or lesson planning for early childhood education is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Montessori or other specialized teaching methods is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior effectively and implement classroom management techniques.
  • Strong communication skills for working with students, parents, and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
