Job Title: HVAC Design ManagerExperience: 10+ Years Qualification: BE / BTech &ndash; Mechanical EngineeringJob Summary: We are looking for an experienced HVAC Design Manager to lead HVAC and exhaust system design for pharma, R&amp;D, and cleanroom projects. The role involves end-to-end design management, team leadership, client coordination, and compliance with international standards.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Lead HVAC system design (AHUs, chillers, VRF/VRV, centralized AC, exhaust systems)&middot; Perform heat load calculations, airflow &amp; psychrometric analysis&middot; Design cleanroom, basement ventilation, smoke control &amp; general ventilation systems&middot; Equipment selection, BOQ preparation &amp; technical specifications&middot; Review drawings, calculations &amp; ensure compliance with ASHRAE, FDA, WHO, cGMP.&middot; Coordinate with Architecture, Electrical, Civil &amp; Process teams&middot; Manage team performance, timelines, cost control &amp; quality&middot; Support site execution, commissioning &amp; troubleshootingSkills &amp; Requirements:&middot; Strong knowledge of HVAC design for pharma / life sciences projects&middot; Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit &amp; heat load software&middot; Knowledge of BMS / EMS systems&middot; Experience in Greenfield &amp; Brownfield projects&middot; Good leadership, communication &amp; project management skillsIndustry Preference: Commercial /Pharma / Life Sciences / Cleanroom Projects.Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;80,000.00 - &#8377;95,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>ASHARE certification </li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HVAC design: 10 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
