Job Title: HVAC Design Manager

Experience: 10+ Years
Qualification: BE / BTech – Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Design Manager to lead HVAC and exhaust system design for pharma, R&D, and cleanroom projects. The role involves end-to-end design management, team leadership, client coordination, and compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead HVAC system design (AHUs, chillers, VRF/VRV, centralized AC, exhaust systems)

· Perform heat load calculations, airflow & psychrometric analysis

· Design cleanroom, basement ventilation, smoke control & general ventilation systems

· Equipment selection, BOQ preparation & technical specifications

· Review drawings, calculations & ensure compliance with ASHRAE, FDA, WHO, cGMP.

· Coordinate with Architecture, Electrical, Civil & Process teams

· Manage team performance, timelines, cost control & quality

· Support site execution, commissioning & troubleshooting

Skills & Requirements:

· Strong knowledge of HVAC design for pharma / life sciences projects

· Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit & heat load software

· Knowledge of BMS / EMS systems

· Experience in Greenfield & Brownfield projects

· Good leadership, communication & project management skills

Industry Preference:
Commercial /Pharma / Life Sciences / Cleanroom Projects.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
