As a Supervisor Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Supervise HVAC projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.

- Team Management: Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.

- Client Relations: Coordinate with clients, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction.

- Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot HVAC issues, and provide technical support.

- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.

- Reporting: Maintain accurate records, and provide regular project updates.

## Requirements:

- Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HVAC industry, with supervisory experience.

- Skills: Strong technical knowledge, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Certifications: Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., ISHRAE, ASHRAE) preferred.

## Working Conditions:

- Work in various locations, including government, healthcare, and industrial sites.

- May require working at heights or in confined spaces.

- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
