The role involves comprehensive legal risk assessment, contract review, ensuring compliance, litigation support, and providing timely legal opinions to the management. The Legal Advisor will undertake legal documentation, draft notices, and act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal risk assessments on business activities and contracts

• Review contracts and agreements to ensure legal compliance

• Support litigation processes and liaise with external legal counsel
