We are looking for an experienced <b>Business Development Manager</b> to drive datacentre business growth. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue through solutions in datacenter infrastructure, services, and operations.</p>

<li><b>Industry:</b> Data Center / Enterprise Solutions / Colocation / Edge DC</li>
<li><b>Salary:</b> As per industry standards</li>

</div></div><div><div><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in Datacenter Infrastructure and Services.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, OEMs, consultants, and partners.</li>
<li>Understand customer requirements and propose suitable datacenter solutions.</li>
<li>Work closely with technical and presales teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.</li>
<li>Manage end-to-end sales cycle&mdash;from lead generation to negotiation and closing.</li>
<li>Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li>
<li>Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the datacenter domain.</li>
<li>Participate in industry events, client meetings, and presentations.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Technical &amp; Industry Expertise</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Understanding of Datacenter Infra: Electrical Systems, HVAC, UPS, IBMS, ELV, Fire Systems, Racks, Cabling.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Colocation, Cloud, Managed Services (added advantage).</li>
<li>Strong background in B2B enterprise sales.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret RFP/RFQ documents and coordinate solutioning</li>
<li>Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle multiple client requirements.</li>
<li>Target-driven and self-motivated approach.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Graduate / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or similar (preferred).</li>
<li>5&ndash;12 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in Datacenter or IT Infrastructure domain.</li></ul><br>
